They ran my Gas bill over $800 dollars!! just 2 months, I'm still not sure why the City of Lawrenceville never cut the gas off after 30 days as they are known to do.. # Moved in from the first month the started bouncing checking, bounce the rent check as well as had an NSF check with the City of Lawrenceville: Ran all kinds of business of of my clients home and never paid rent after the 1st month: It took my client 90 days to get them out: Damage was done to the house as well. they also stole several items from the house: BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMERS: #Jackie Guy #Merril Oliver one of the same as this is what she told a Judge who never checked her I.D. #Bad Renters.com #assistant living home alert!! #cooking business # Relocation moving company: all this and could not PAY THE RENT!!
